I have been coming to Vitology for quite some time and have been following various therapies here. They have helped me a lot and improved my athletic performance. One of my goals when I started here was to have more energy, and I’ve definitely achieved that.

I used to sleep poorly and had a lot of stress. Not anymore, thanks to my program at Vitology. After three weeks in my program, I sleep much better, have lost weight, and feel much more energetic. That was exactly why I came to Vitology.

I ended up at Vitology because, after years of night shifts, I started suffering from brain fog. I started the Brain Boost program, which helps me to focus better again. I now feel much clearer in my head and younger as well. So it really helps me to regain my energy and manage it better.

“I ended up here because I have quite a busy life as a self-employed person, and on top of that I also have my family. I mainly wanted to feel fitter again. I’ve been doing various therapies for several weeks now, and I can already feel a big difference. I’ve lost a few kilos, but above all I feel much more energetic, refreshed, and I sleep better. It’s definitely paying off.”

I originally came to Vitology with the aim of improving my competitive performance. By focusing very hard on recovery with all the therapies at Vitology over the past few months, I have succeeded and am performing better and better at training and competitions.

I had been feeling very tired for a long time, I also didn't sleep well and in addition, I had little energy to play with the children in the evening after a long day. After my Energize course at Vitology, I feel much more energetic. I can play with the children again. I have a lot of energy, I also sleep better and I am no longer tired. I also have much better skin.

I see very nice results after 6 weeks of the Rejuvenate programme. My weight dropped, my visceral fat dropped, my fat percentage dropped, my muscle mass increased and my HRV improved. My fat burning was also better and more efficient after the Rejuvenate programme. In short, I am physically stronger, fitter and more resilient.

I was suffering a lot from excessive cortisol. That's why I ended up here at Vitology. I could not fall asleep very well, I could not lose weight and that is why they recommended at Vitology to give the Oxyboost a try. Afterwards, I followed the Metabolize programme, in combination with a nutrition plan. I am now in week 5 of the Metabolize protocol and I feel much fitter, I sleep well and I have a lot of energy throughout the day.
